Navarre was clinging to a 3-0 lead half way through the fourth quarter, when QB Matthew Webb found the end zone from one yard out. On the Raiders next possession, with a little more than two minutes left in the game, freshman RB Michael Carter closed out the scoring, with a 13-yard touchdown run, sending Navarre to their third straight win and improved their record to 3-2 on the season.

Navarre would get on the board rather quickly as Nick Benton returned the opening kickoff 85-yards for a score. The Raiders would push that lead to 21-0 early on in the second quarter.
 
The Tigers would get their offense rolling in the second quarter and cut the lead going to the half, 21-14. Columbia tied things at 21-all in the third quarter and kept it that way until midway through the fourth. Navarre’s Jay Warren scored from 6-yards out with 7:11 to play. The Tigers would then get inside the Raider 10, but their drive stalled out.
 
Columbia’s final drive ended as Navarre’s Elijah Appel intercepted a Jayce Barber pass, sending the Raiders to their first-ever Region 1 Title.
