Michael Carter rushed for 191 yards on 24 carries and found the endzone on five different occasions on the night, giving him nine touchdowns through the first two games of the season.

After the heartbreak end of the 2015 season, the Raiders got right back to their winning ways and they have a healthy Michael Carter returning for his senior season to run rampant on the Panhandle.

Carter rushed for 150 yards on 14 carries and four touchdowns and Sage Chambers completed 8-12 passes for 110 yards in the win.

The defense did their part as well as they held the Crusaders to 177 yards of total offense (147 yards passing/30 yards rushing). Tyson Brown, Caleb Dale and Lee Jones led the way with six tackles apiece.

Hasaan Williams had 176 yards on 33 carries and 2 TDs, but it wasn’t enough as the Aggies gave the Raiders their only loss of the season in double overtime.

The defense did their part as they held the high powered Tate offense to 283 total yards of offense and forced four turnovers. Anthony Miller and Bo Hering contributed 11 tackles each. Miller also added four tackles for loss and Caleb Dale recovered two fumbles in the loss.

Navarre finished the season at 10-1.

The Raiders completed their first ever undefeated regular season in school history and outscored their opponents in the process, 392-120.

Hasaan Williams led the offense with 186 yards on 22 carries and a TD, he also added a receiving touchdown from Sage Chambers. Caine Adamson and Tyler Rebber found the end zone on the night as well.

Anthony Miller and Tyler Morton led the defense with seven tackles apiece and Xavier Fernandez blocked a punt and returned it for a TD.

77th win in school history – Navarre 28, Gulf Breeze 14 (2012)

Despite turning the ball over five times in the game, the Raiders finished the regular season with their eighth straight win and their sixth straight over the Dolphins in the Publix Beach Bowl Cup.

Matthew Webb filled in for the injured Andrew Rieves and connected with Gatlin Casey twice for scores (68, 55) and Johnny Robinson rushed for two TDs in the win.

The Raiders only ran 27 offensive plays on the night enroute to a 40-point margin of victory, running their winning streak to nine straight on the season.

This was a special night for Brady, as this was the only high school game that his late Grandfather and his Uncle were in attendance, and let me say, the Raiders didn’t disappoint.

Michael Sandle got the scoring underway as he returned the opening kickoff 96 yards for a touchdown. QB Sage Chambers completed all four of his passes for 86 yards and a TD (to Octavien Moyer) and RB Hasaan Williams toted the ball 13 times for 85 yards and two TDs.

Bo Hering contributed 12 tackles, a sack and a 29-yard return of an interception for a score and Caleb Dale added 10 tackles to lead Navarre’s defense. They would have had a shutout, but the Dolphins scored on the last play of the game.

Navarre’s other touchdowns came on a Caine Adamson to Michael Sandle 78-yard strike and a Jay Klosinski 74-yard interception return. Xavier Fernandez, Bo Hering and Ryan Diamco led the defense with 11 tackles each.

Sometimes in football, you have to rely on your defense to win a game and the Raiders did just that on this night. Navarre forced five turnovers and limited the high powered triple option offense of the Gators to one touchdown and a field goal.

Bo Hering (14 tackles), Aaron Mitchell (10 tackles) and Michael Sandle’s two interceptions led the way on defense. Tyler Morton added three tackles for loss.

Hasaan Williams carried the ball 24 times for 129 yards and a score and Brady Hammel went 2-3 on field goals (35,33), both coming in the fourth quarter.

For the first time in school history, the Raiders found themself 7-0 to start a season.

Hasaan Williams led the way with 19 carries for 168 yards and a score. Aaron Mitchell added 96 yards on nine carries and two touchdowns and Michael Sandle produced 85 yards on four carries with a score. Octavien Moyer and Nathan McMaster hauled in touchdown receptions from Caine Adamson to complete the onslaught.

Navarre’s defense was equally up to the task as they held Fort Walton Beach to 95 yards of total offense (71 passing/24 rushing). Michael Sandle had two returns; a 63-yard kickoff return and a 72-yard TD on a punt return.
