Choctaw…6 8 0 0 – 14
Navarre…7 0 0 9 – 16

After the Raiders (4-0) outscored their opponents 142-36 in the first three games of the season, they found themselves in a defensive battle against the team that ended their previous two seasons.

Navarre led by one after the first quarter; but the Indians scored the only points of the second quarter to take a 14-7 lead to the half. After a scoreless third quarter, the Raiders fought back and took a 16-14 lead on Brady Hammel’s 27-yard field goal with a little over a minute to play. That’s where the defense stepped up and shut down the Indians offense for the win.

Sage Chambers went 8-10 for 83 yards and Hasaan Williams gained 84 yards on 14 carries. Aaron Mitchell (7 tackles/2 TFL) and Bo Hering (7 tackles/TFL) led the defense on the night.
