In 1998, Kenny Hughes was the first Head Coach in Navarre Raiders history, this would be his only year at the helm. Coach Larry Olson dialed in the Raiders first winning season in 2003 at 5-4. He also led the Raiders to their first playoff appearance in 2006 and then again in 2007.

Coach Chad Lashley garnered Raider Nation their first playoff win and first Region Finals appearance in school history in 2010.
