22 days to kickoff of the 2023 Florida HS football season as the Navarre Raiders will host the Catholic Crusaders on 25 Aug 2023 at the comfy confines of Bennett C. Russell Stadium.

The Raiders would finish the regular season undefeated at 6-0 (only the second time in school history.
 
Jaden Rivera surpassed the century mark once again as he rushed for 128 yards on 20 carries and two touchdowns. Zach Marquis contributed 157 total yards (116 passing/41 rushing) and a TD pass to Trent Hall. Hall only had two receptions on the night, but both went for scores. Jebari Mitchell added 86 yards on four receptions.
 
Devin Wright led the defense with 10 tackles and Grady Kelly contributed four tackles for loss and four sacks. Preston Penton was perfect in the kicking game as he went 3-3 on extra points and made his only field goal from 42 yards out.
 
22nd win in program history – Navarre 31, Catholic 18 (2003)
 
Raiders start the season 2-0 for the 3rd time in their short existence running Head Coach Larry Olson’s career record to 6-6.
